Although I didn't see a round-up of Wine Blogging Wednesday 50 posted, Joe, the 1WineDude, has announced the theme for the 51st edition of the event as "Baked Goods." Basically he is asking us to look for wines that are deliberately heated, or Madeirized, such as Madeira or Australia's Rutherglen Tokays. Since these wines are not as easy to find as others, Joe is also allowing fortified wines such as Porto and Sherry into the tasting. So pick up your selection and join us this Wednesday, November 12th and post your tasting notes.
